FFA PaySmart will normally collect directly from you any information we have about you. Occasionally, we may receive information about you from third parties (other than approved third parties), but if we are to use such information for any reason, we will let you know shortly after we receive it. The provision of your personal information is voluntary but if not provided the FFA PaySmart may not be able to provide you with the services you expect or request.

Information that we collect may include, but is not limited to, your name and e-mail address, your organisation's name and your position and telephone number. This information will not be sold or otherwise disclosed to any third parties else unless required by law or permitted by the Privacy Act 1988.

FFA PaySmart will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any personal information collected from you is accurate, complete and current, that such information is both physically and technologically secure and that any information no longer required for any purpose by FFA PaySmart will be destroyed or permanently de-identified.
